Administrative Affairs Office General Affairs Division Manages Gu office windows, oversees Gu-office human resources, training and fringe benefits related affairs, and manages civil defense training and inter-governmental and -sectoral collaboration initiatives. (Tel: 2286-6302)
Local-Government Administration Provide support to Dong (洞) offices for effective administration, operates a Community Self-Government Center and provide assistance for citizen volunteer activies. (Tel: 2286-6303)
Culture & Public Affairs Division Develops public relations and promotes Gu activities, holds diverse cultural events, manages cultural assets and various sports-for-all courses for healthy citizens. (Tel: 2286-6305)
Citizen Services & Passport Division Issues various citizen-service documents and certificates (census registry copies, resident registration copies, abstract documents, passports, etc.), and manages and releases data generated by the Gu office as public information. (Tel: 2286-6306)

Planning & Fiscal Affairs Office Planning and Budgeting Division Establishes long-term Gu development goals, generate budgets for all programs including welfare, transportation, construction with tax revenues, and conducts various statistical surveys and analyses. (Tel: 2286-6304)

Welfare Services Office Social Services Division Provides assistances to the disadvantaged, and provides various services for senior citizens and the disabled, such as the Welfare Center, Senior Citizen Community Center, etc. (Tel: 2286-6311)
Family Services Division Provides wide-range of support for women’s social development and disadvantaged families, teens and children, and manages operations of the Women’s University, the Children’s House, the Teen Study Hall, etc. (2286-6312)
Local Economic Development Division Promote and support small and medium-size businesses, create jobs for the unemployed, enhance local-economy vitality such as through production-facilities services, evaluates safety and convenience issues in using markets, commercial buildings and department stores, manages operations of a fishery spot-sales market, oversees gas safety measures, supplies city gas, and establishes orderly distribution of petroleum resources. Environment and Sanitation Division Conducts consultative services and inspections on operations of hygiene-essential businesses such as restaurants, beauty parlors, bathhouses, and lodging facilities, and prevents environmental pollution through inspections on pollutant-generating businesses. Urban Management Office Uran Planning Division Conducts urban planning for systematic Gu development and performs enforcement activities against street vendors, and random street pile-ups. (Tel:2286-6316)
Housing Division Provides assistance to residents living in apartments and apartment houses for convenience and safety, provides leasing loans to low-income residents, and helps redevelop old and worn-down houses into new liveable apartments. (Tel: 2286-6317)
Construction Division Provides assistance in rebuilding unliveable antiquated houses, responds to various citizen issues that arise during rebuilding processes based on efficiency and equity. (Tel: 2286-6318)
