About the Park
The park is stretched out in three administrative districts (Seongdong-gu, Jung-gu and Yongsan-gu) and its name, Eungbong as it used to be connected as a branch in the past but is now divided into five areas: Mt. Eungbong, Mt. Maebong, Mt. Geumho, Mt. Daehyeon and Mt. Daehyeon Reservoir due to urban development.
The area used to be a place for hunting for kings in Joseon Dynasty. Riverside landscape is fabulous with the adjacent Han River and Olympic Road ad thanks to renovation every year, the park is transforming to a new park offering convenient facilities to citizens.
